Custom Workflows
WorkflowPerfect allows you to define an unlimited number of custom workflows. Each workflow represents business process that fits the work in your organization. When creating a new work item, users will choose which workflow process they want the work item to follow. Examples of workflow are:

User Groups
User groups offer an effective way to organize users and manage their permissions. In addition, you can assign a work item to a user group as opposed to assigning it to a particular user.

Team members can attach related files and images right to the work item. This way all files are stored and shared in one central location -- saving team members time from having to gather files from various sources.

Step Log History
WorkflowPerfect automatically tracks key events take place in a work item. An audit record is created when:

A work item has changed its stage
A work item has a new assignee

Each audit record includes timestamp, the person who triggers the event as well as the event details.

Saved Searches
You can specify and save search criteria to get a list of work items that is meaningful to you.
